We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items purchased at a discounted price are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at info@taji-lb.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
